eConsult

eConsult is a way to contact your own NHS GP practice online, for free, anywhere and anytime you have access to the internet, quickly and safely.
eConsult is easy to use and will give your doctors all the information they need to triage and make sure every patient gets the care they need.

eConsult is for Non-Urgent Requests:
If you contact us during core hours (08:00–18:30), your request will be reviewed the same day and actioned based on the information you provide. This may include booking an appointment, offering advice, signposting to another service, or requesting further details.

For urgent help, call your GP practice. If closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency, call 999.

Patient Access

If you have signed up for Patient Access then an online form can be completed.

There is now the facility for patients to book appointments with a doctor and order repeat prescriptions via this website. This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.

To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. Please contact Reception, who will be able to issue you with this. All new patients registering with us will automatically receive a logon and password.

Requests for urgent clinical appointments or reviews should be made by attending the Practice in person or by telephoning the Practice.
